Our services can only be utilized by adults (over 18 years old). The company reserves the right to carry out any verifications it deems appropriate to verify you are 18 years of age or older, taking due diligence measures as is appropriate in accordance with the applicable legislation in force.

We are a private company, not linked or affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, nor with any government agency or entity and/or law firm. You may also go to the official U.S. Department of State website and download blank Passport forms for without charge, but without the ease of use of our PDF editor platform.
Our services consist of providing an easy-to-use PDF editor platform in order to simplify the process of completing Passport Forms online. The issuance (or not) of a passport is an exclusive competence of the Department of State. Therefore, we will not assume any responsibility for the outcome (approval or denial) of your application for obtaining a passport and, therefore, no financial compensation will be awarded to you in this regard.
Access and use of our service
First of all, you must select the Passport form you would like to edit, complete the information requested and follow the steps and/or instructions indicated in them. In this sense, we remind you that you must complete the form with truthful, correct and complete information and/or not fraudulent information. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the information you provide on the Passport application form.
To ensure the preceding, before making payment of the price of our services we will give you the opportunity to review all the details you have provided (and make changes if necessary) on the Passport form. If there is an error on the Passport form, it is important that you correct it before making the payment of our service fee.
While we will make every effort to verify and ensure that you have completed the form properly, the company will not assume any liability in the event that you have completed the form with incorrect, incomplete and/or fraudulent information.
If you detect an error in the Passport form that you have completed, once you have paid our service fee, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via our Contact Form to report this occurrence and see how we can help you.
Once you have completed the Passport form that interests you, you will have to pay the price of our l service. You will receive an email confirmation of the charges made, within a maximum of 24 hours (UTC). In this regard, see the section "Price and payment of the service" of these Terms and Conditions.
Price and payment of the services
The price of our professional service is $49 with all current and applicable taxes included. We are not responsible for any foreign exchange fees and/or surcharges imposed by your bank or card issuer and will not provide you with any compensation or refund for such circumstances.
The company reserves the right to change the price of the service at any time, without prior notice to the customer, but such a change will not affect customers who have already contracted (paid for) our professional services.
You may use different types of debit or credit cards as a means of payment. This information will be shown to you on the payment page. You will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Your debit or credit card may be subject to checks and/or authorizations by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank does not authorize the payment, you will not be able to download the Passport form you have completed.
By clicking on "Pay" you are confirming that the debit or credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the card. Therefore, the company will not assume any responsibility in case you are not the holder or legitimate holder of the card since this circumstance is beyond our reasonable control. However, if necessary, the company will provide appropriate cooperation to the customer and/or law enforcement and/or judicial authorities, for the detection and/or investigation of the violation(s) or crime(s) involved and/or fraudulent operation(s) linked to the debit or credit card used to make payment of our fee (and if appropriate, supplement) services.
The company will make and manage the collection of the price of the service and, where appropriate, refunds made and/or requested directly in its own name. In this sense, see the "Refund Policy" section of these Terms and Conditions.
We have the maximum measures in place to ensure the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the customer and this website in a completely secure manner. In this regard, please note that the card data used to pay our fee and, where applicable, selected extras are encrypted and transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of our payment service provider. Therefore, we do not have access to or store your complete credit or debit card data.
We would appreciate it if you detected an undue and/or fraudulent charge on the debit or credit card that you have used to make the payment of our service fee and, where appropriate, extras, please contact our Customer Service via our Contact form and inform us of such circumstances in order for the company to make the arrangements it deems appropriate and/or provide assistance and/or cooperation within our reach.
You can ask us for an invoice for the provision of our professional services. In this respect, you expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may indicate your wish to receive the invoice in paper format, in which case we will send it in this format to the postal address you indicate to us.
Requests for reimbursement should be addressed to our Customer Service, using the Contact Form, indicating the reasons for your request. In this regard, you should note that:
The refund request will be assessed as soon as possible after we have received it.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 working days following the date on which we send you an email: a) confirming that the refund is due and/or b) informing you of some of the reasons set out in point (i) of this section.
The refund will always be made to the same method of payment that you used to pay our fee for service. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank statement may vary depending on your bank, although the standard term is 10 working days from the date the refund was made.
Right of Withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal, from the date you paid for our service and as long as you have not received the transactional email containing your completed passport form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You should use our Contact Form to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement.
In the event of a withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Exemption of Liability
The company is only responsible for guaranteeing the permanent availability and accessibility on our website of the service (platform) for editing passport application forms. To this regard the user understands and accepts that the company cannot guarantee that the website will be maintained without interruption, delay, errors or omissions at all times. However, the company makes its best efforts in order to provide a quality service. Bearing this in mind, the company will not assume any responsibility in the event that you have made mistakes when filling out the passport application form and have not corrected them and/or notified this circumstance to our Customer Service in order to help you to solve such mistake.
The issuance (or not) of a passport is an exclusive competence of the Department of State. Therefore, we will not assume any responsibility for the outcome (approval or denial) of your application for obtaining a passport and, therefore, no financial compensation will be awarded to you in this regard.
Similarly, the company will not assume responsibility in the event that:
You do not have the legal capacity to contract and be bound and, even so, would have requested our service. In such a case, the only responsibility required of the company will be the refund of the price of our service.
The customer was not the owner or legitimate holder of the card used to pay for our service.
We reserve the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the customer in the event that you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions and/or the customer fails to comply with any of your instructions and/or requests to be able to properly provide our service.
The company is not liable for any damages that may arise for any user, customer and/or any other third parties - whether natural or legal person - arising directly or indirectly from the use of the information provided on this website and/or as set out in the section "Information about our service". The contents and information of this website are provided "as is", without the establishment of guarantees of any kind, express or implied, so that neither the company, nor its employees or representatives will be responsible for any error or omission in them or for any damage arising from the use of this website, or for any action taken on the basis of the information provided on this website. In any case, the company will make its best efforts to provide its services and information with the highest degree of excellence.
Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions and/or legal provision to the contrary, our liability in relation to our professional services shall be strictly limited to the price of our service paid by the customer.
Our Customer Service Department will take care of your queries, suggestions, complaints and/or claims (including requests for reimbursement) regarding our professional services. We always welcome customer feedback and will be pleased to hear your opinion about our professional services, in order to continue improving our professional services as well as the contents of our website.
Your request will be answered as soon as possible and, in any case, within the time limits provided for in current applicable legislation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law.
In case of controversy or disagreement arising from these Terms and Conditions and for the resolution of any conflict, the customer agrees to submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction that may correspond to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
For the foregoing purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation in force, "consumer" shall be considered to be natural persons who act for purposes other than those of their commercial, business, trade or profession.
If any part or clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null and void (in whole or in part) or rendered void by a court order, the remaining stipulations shall remain valid and in force.
The failure of the company to exercise any right provided for or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, under any circumstances, as a waiver of such right, unless express written waiver of our company or legal prescription of the action in each case according to the law in force.
